Mobiway UN'REEL: innovative wooden drums to simplify medium to large sites cable installation

Mobiway UN'REEL is a wooden cable drum composed by two slightly larger wooden flanges, which act as wheels. These move independently of the central reel, so the whole thing is highly maneuverable.

Mobiway UN'REEL brings a new set of benefits to cable installers around the world and simplify the installation process, using smarter cabling to make the process easier, quicker, safer and cost-efficient.

Mobiway UN'REEL uses a patented set of drums with an associated unwinding system. Cable drums are often unwieldy, due to their size and weight; but this solution makes them easy to be handled by operators. This means just one person can complete the installation process safely and efficiently, whether in a small space or warehouse.

Nexans’ Mobiway UN'REEL drum can be used with most types of cable and it’s suitable for use in a wide range of environments – both in the field and in buildings.
