Our BUS & branch cabling solutions - a decentralised architecture
The NEXANS solution has been specially designed to supply Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions (EVCS) in indoor and outdoor car parks, using an adapted laying mode.
- A main "Bus" NEXANS Cca FR-N1X1G1-AR IRVE network cable (twisted three-phase + neutral) laid in a cable tray or fixed to the walls near the charging stations.
- NEXANS Cca FR-N1X1G1-AR IRVE branches (twisted one/three phases + neutral) to connect the charging stations to the "feeder", either simultaneously or at a later date.
- Additional conductors depending on the electrical architecture (reference standard)
- Nexans Cca FR-N1X1G1-AR IRVE cables have been developed in conjunction with MICHAUD IRVE derivation connectors to ensure perfect compatibility, simplifying installation and promoting durability.
The Nexans EV GRID solution fully meets the requirements of the emergency services and the installation standards in force (NF C14-100 and NF C15-100), with its enhanced fire performance (class Cca-s1,d1,a1).
Cca - Low fire spread and low heat emission: Limiting horizontal and vertical growth in the building
s1 - Low smoke emission: No production of opaque smoke limiting the visibility of emergency services and residents during evacuation.
d1 - Low production of flammable particles: No secondary sources of ignition causing the fire to spread Limited risk when emergency services are called out
a1 - Non-acidic, non-corrosive smoke: Limits the incapacitating effect during evacuation and response by the emergency services No damage to building structures or surrounding equipment
