The Nexans J3UP RF RSM  includes two reliable technologies :

  • RSM: Bolted Connectors
    • multisection, from 95mm² to 240mm².
    • compatible with aluminium et copper cores.
    • compatible with synthetic insulated cables.
    • éequipped with shear-ff head bolts for a perfect torque.
    • no specific tool needed !

Application

The Nexans J3UP RF RSM has been designed to connect synthetic insulated cables complying with NF C 33-226, NF/UTE C 33-223 or NF C 33-220 standards, with cross sections from 95 to 240 mm², aluminium or copper cores.

Each J3UP RF RSM kit is composed with:

- 3 cold shrinkable joints.

- 3 bolted connectors.

- 1 screen interconnection device.

Installation

This technology requires no heating source, nor filling or wrapping material. Operating is done by the removal of two tubes. Joints can be enpowered as soon as the installation is finished.
