Nexans signs Empire Wind contract to bring renewable energy to New York
Nexans today announced the execution of a significant contract for phase one of the Empire Wind Project being developed by a 50-50 partnership between Equinor and bp. The Empire Wind 1 project, when completed, will deliver electricity to over 500,000 homes of the eventual over 1 million homes that will be powered by the entire Empire Wind project.

Nexans has signed a three-year partnership agreement with Eiffage. The Group has been approved to supply charging stations for electric vehicles at Eiffage’s 1,000 French sites, representing more than 4,000 charging points.

Nexans contributes to France's energy transition by connecting the Dieppe - Le Tréport offshore wind farm
Nexans has been awarded a contract worth around 100 million euros by RTE to supply and install 47 km of offshore and 18 km of onshore power export cable for the wind farm located in the English Channel.
