NEOBUS 0,6/1kV 4x1x95 GL

Description

Description

Standards

  • International
    IEC 60228; IEC 60502-1
  • National
    NF C15-100; NF EN 60228

NEOBUS has been designed especially for the power connection of Electric Vehicles Charging Infrastructures (EVCI), with  HFFR properties (halogen free, flame retardant).

NEOBUS allows pre-wiring and powering any charging station for electric vehicles from 3 to 22 kW AC. It has been tested and validated for the connection of communicating charging stations with Power Line Communication (PLC, G3 or HomePlug) reducing the cabling effort accordingly.

Installation

NEOBUS can be laid on cable trays or fixed to the walls. The connection of the charging stations is carried out simultaneously or later thanks to the NEOCLICK® insulation piercing connectors.
NEOBUS can respond to all installation situations:

  • Installation facilitated by the twisted design
  • Separate earth cable (NEOBUS 1Gx50mm²)
  • Suitable for all ground regimes (TT / TN-C-S / TNS)

Construction

  • Circular aluminum shrunken, wired
  • Double insulation: Crosslinked polyethylene.
  • Outer sheath: HFFR type DM01
  • Conductor:  50 or 95 mm² section

Conductors Identification
  • Neutral : NEOBUS 0.6 /1 KV 4 x 1 x section mm2 211 OF / Fabrication year

NEOBUS connection principle

NEOBUS connection standards

For normal 3.7 to 7 KVA charging stations, the power supply to the terminal is single-phase. The NEOBUS® Kit consists of three insulation piercing connectors to be installed on each twisted cable start, respectively 1 PH, 1 N and 1 PE of 50 mm²
For the terminals of 7 to 22 kVA the power supply of the terminals is in three-phase, the kit consists of 5 connectors: 3 PH, 1N and 1 PE of 50mm²
If the length of the shunt between a connector and the charging station is greater than 3 meters, the standard imposes an additional protective case comprising:

  • 30mA protection
  • 20A or 40A thermal circuit breaker (depending on the power delivered)
